WARRANTY / WARRANTY ERM

The ERM. Easy-roti maker has a one year factory guarantee (12 months) and in addition a 12 months extra  warranty from the documented date of purchase, only if the product is used regular as a private normal device, so not used  in a business, restaurant, cafeteria or otherwise excessive industrially deployed. * When an error occurs , please report this to info@easy-rotimaker.com . Make , if you please, also a brief problem description, copy of purchase-document/invoice and send us back the product if you please (regular shipping fees will be refunded by us*) During the warranty period * you will receive (only if available) a replacement unit: to repair your product we do not provide a replacement product , just a loan- easy-rotimaker. Please contact our Service desk if there are missing components ( or f.e. manual). The warranty is void when products have been opened, changes have been made or if there is damage, -wrong usage in business / restaurant *, repair by an unauthorized dealer, improper maintenance or when the products are used for other purposes *.

Warranty is void: If damaged by accidents or disasters, such as fire, flood, earthquake, war, vandalism or theft. When the product is used deliberately wrong, other than as a roti maker (f.e. as steak plate /surrogate furniture for a bbq etc.etc.) If this is the case , the manufacturer (re)seller can not be held liable in any way for possible consequential damage, fire damage, personal burns, incidental damages, lost profits or other commercial damage resulting from the use of this product.
